Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a new theatre company. From 2014 until her appointment in 2019, she was artistic director of Seoul Shakespeare Company. As Artistic director of SSC she served as the company's composer/musician/text coach as well as costume/set/music designer. While she would usually be the director of her group the first time she was directing was as part of SSC King Lear.
